Angels and Jewish Tradition: A Lecture and Discussion about Jews, Angels, and Jewish Angelology

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Angels pervade Jewish sacred literature. They are found in the Bible, and in the Talmud, plus daily, Shabbat, Festival, and High Holiday prayers. There are things that angels do, and others that they are unable to do. There are Jewish angels and non-Jewish angels; angels by category and by function, and many angels have names. Come learn and explore the history of Jewish angels and how on a regular basis many people aspire to be angels.
