CANCELED - PRESENTER UNABLE TO MAKE IT TO CONFERENCE DUE TO SNOW STORM ON EAST COAST. Israel's role in American Jewish life has traced an historical arc from divider to unifier, and today once again, to divider, perhaps more deeply than ever before. This talk will explain and contextualize this history. Then, together with participants, he will conduct a practical demonstration of how communities riven by this division might address it and heal some of their own wounds.
